Julie Mallett
Associate Director Chartered Financial Planner
About Julie
Julie has been with Gibbs Denley since leaving university and has developed a wide range of knowledge in financial services over the past 11 years. She became an Associate Director in 2022.
Her main areas of work are within the technical team, providing support, research and report writing on some of the more complex cases including pensions, investments and Inheritance Tax (IHT).
Outside of work
Julie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends – if it can include some games and gin, even better! She’s also a keen baker who likes trying out new recipes.

My proudest moment as a Financial Planner is
The first time I was able to see the impact I’d had on a client’s real life and enabled them to meet their goals
On an ideal weekend, you can find me:
At the coast going for a wander or having a BBQ with family or friends, with a few drinks thrown in for good measure
The best gift I’ve ever received is:
My stand mixer – it’s pretty amazing
